Our Purpose
The 5K-ish is more than just a walk—it’s an opportunity to change lives. This community-driven event raises funds to support Trinity Workshops, ensuring that youth facing trauma, medical challenges, or mental health diagnoses can participate, regardless of financial barriers.
Proceeds from the 5K-ish go directly toward scholarships for Trinity Workshops, which provide a safe, goal-focused space where youth can build confidence, develop social skills, and engage with supportive Youth Counselors.
Every step helps create opportunities for local youth to grow and thrive. Join us in making a difference!
Our Programs
Trinity Workshops offer a fun, goal-focused experience designed for youth ages 5 and up who have faced trauma, medical challenges, or mental health diagnoses.
Each workshop provides a supportive, one-on-one connection with a caring Youth Counselor in a small group setting, fostering a safe and welcoming space where youth can build confidence, develop social skills, and engage with their peers in meaningful ways.
Workshops consists of 3 main programs: Summer Workshops, After School Workshops, and Equine Workshops.
HOW YOU CAN HELP...
1. Register & Participate – Join us for the 5K-ish by running, walking, or strolling. Every step you take helps fund scholarships for local youth.
2. Donate – Can’t make it to the event? Your donation directly supports Trinity Workshops, ensuring more kids have access to this life-changing experience.
3.Become a Sponsor – Businesses and individuals can make a big impact by becoming a 5Kish sponsor, helping to cover event costs and maximize scholarship funds.
4. Fundraise – Rally your friends, family, and coworkers to support the cause. Set up a personal fundraising page or collect pledges to help more youth attend Trinity Workshops.
